I have worked with people who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties in their life. Including anxiety, coping with health problems and treatment, grief, depression, upsetting and traumatic experiences.

I have many years of experience as a holistic therapist focusing on massage, aromatherapy and wellbeing. I feel this has really helped in my journey as a person centred counsellor.
