Ways you can fundraise for Counselling4All

Whether you’re an individual, a school, a local business, or a group of friends, there are so many ways to get involved and help raise funds to support free and low cost counselling for young people. Here are a few ideas of how you could get involved.

Host a Fundraising Event

Create a fun and social opportunity to raise money while building community.
  • Coffee Morning or Bake Sale – Invite friends, family or colleagues and sell homemade treats, tea and coffee.
  • Quiz Night – Host an in person or online quiz with entry fees and prizes.
  • Open Mic Night or Talent Show – Invite local performers and charge entry – perfect for schools and community centres.

Take on a Challenge

Choose a personal or group challenge that gets people cheering you on.
  • Sponsored Walk, Run or Cycle – Set a distance or time goal and ask friends to sponsor you per mile.
  • “Give It UP” Challenge – Give up something (e.g Sugar, social media, caffeine) for a week or a month and get sponsored to stick to it.
