Our Big Goals

£100,000
Free Therapy for Children & Teens at Risk
£200 out of £100,000 raised so far.
£75,000
Counselling & Crisis Support Hub For Young People
£100 out of £75,000 raised so far.
£50,000
Training Therapists in Suicide Prevention & Crisis Intervention
£100 out of £75,000 raised so far.

Provide fully funded therapy for at least 200 children and young people (aged 7–18) per year struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and suicidality.

Why It Matters

1 in 6 young people in the UK struggles with a mental health disorder, yet many face long NHS wait times or cannot afford private therapy.

Early intervention saves lives by preventing mental health struggles from escalating into crises.

Removing financial barriers ensures that children receive the right support when they need it most.

Establish a dedicated safe space for young people aged 7+, providing therapy, crisis intervention, group sessions, and peer support.

Why It Matters:

Many young people don’t feel safe at home or school to express their struggles.

A dedicated hub offers a trusted, non-judgmental environment for healing.

Immediate crisis intervention can prevent suicide attempts and long-term distress.

Train 20+ therapists in specialist suicide prevention and crisis intervention to support young people and families more effectively.

Why It Matters:

Young people aged 7–18 are at increasing risk of self-harm and suicide, yet many therapists lack specialist training in suicide prevention.

Evidence-based crisis intervention reduces hospital admissions and saves lives.

£50,000 would provide advanced training, accreditation, and ongoing mentorship for therapists.
